Suan Residence, Affordable Bungalows in Chaloklum, Koh Phangan

We rented out an small house on Airbnb, the lady managing the place is lovely and the whole complex is amazing. Each small house has a green fence around it for privacy and comfor. You also have a small private pool. All the necessary amenities are there, it’s super clean. A modern and natural design which fits perfectly with the palm trees around. Also it’s great for working remotly, good internet. The only down side is that is lacking an AC but it has fans which is ok. 👌🌴

A truly lovely accommodation nestled between picturesque palm trees and a beautiful landscape. Véronique is a wonderful host and was always quick to help us whenever we needed anything. We would recommend it anytime.

This is a great place to stay. A bungalow under the coconut trees, with a private garden and a small pool. The hosts are charming. The beach is a 5-minute scooter ride away. Shops and restaurants are nearby.

We had a wonderful week! The cabins are just like the photos, very pretty and spacious! The kitchen is well-equipped, and the pool and garden are breathtaking!
The location is a 5-minute walk from the center and a 10-15-minute scooter ride from the beaches.
Cleaning isn’t included, but they left everything for us to do it. Monique’s service is fantastic, always available. She also booked a taxi for us when we arrived and when we left.

Beautiful resort with cool bungalows. It’s very quiet here, but everything you need is within walking distance. Perfect for relaxing.

Suan is become my regular whenever I visit Koh Phangan. It’s Eco Friendly Bungalow in quiet neighborhood and safe as well. They’ve got private plunge pool in each bungalow, it’s a plus when you have a hot day. There’s no AC in the bungalow but you don’t need it anyway as the fan is enough, the bungalow is well insulated! They provide free water refill so you can reduce plastic bottle used which is another plus. And there’s washing machine as well so you don’t need to go out for laundry. Got some visit from 3 friendly cute dogs (owned by the owner) to keep you accompanied 😄 Veronique will always standby to answer your questions!

We spent 3 nights at Véronique’s house and had a wonderful time.
The location is ideal, peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet a 5-minute walk from a village with everything you need.
The accommodation looks exactly like the photos and is clean.
The swimming pool in the small private garden adjoining the accommodation is a real plus.
Véronique and her family take great care of you. Véronique is very responsive.
Despite a flat scooter tire, Véronique came to help us out in the middle of Songkran, which ultimately allowed us to participate in the celebrations with her. A very pleasant, friendly moment.
We were also able to enjoy the pétanque court on the property, a chance to play a game with the hosts and some Thai people.
We recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

I loved everything about staying here. Véronique was an amazing host, friendly and helpful. The room was fresh and clean and I really enjoyed the pool. They have some cute dogs as well, also friendly. Like I said, I loved everything about this place. I highly recommend!

The location is ideal. Waking up with coconut trees in front of you is a real joy. I highly recommend the bungalow. Best place ever!
